The plan is designed to strengthen and support a diverse retail mix within a renewed, indoor and outdoor shopping experience for everyone. It also will create a new and vibrant neighbourhood with the addition of residential uses (both for rent and for sale); opportunities for street retail; open space and public parks throughout the site; and new civic, entertainment and cultural features. Mobility, pedestrian-focused transportation and sustainability and livability are also priorities for the development.
